Plastic Center respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Plastic Center mobile application collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you create an account, browse products, submit an order, contact us through WhatsApp, or use administrator features.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password credentials used to create and access an account. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not displayed to Plastic Center administrators.
Contact information: Iraqi phone number, including the local or international format provided.
Order information: products selected, quantities, order total, order status, delivery or contact details provided, and the date and time of the order.
Technical information: limited information required for app operation, security, authentication, push-notification registration for authorized administrators, and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

Create and authenticate customer accounts.
Display the product catalogue and account-related features.
Receive, process, and manage orders.
Contact customers about orders and respond to product inquiries.
Provide WhatsApp contact functionality when users choose to contact the store or a customer.
Send new-order notifications to authorized administrators who enable notifications.
Protect the service, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain reliable operation.

We do not use customer information for targeted advertising through this app.

3. How information is shared

Plastic Center does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android administrator push-notification delivery; and WhatsApp when a user chooses to open a WhatsApp conversation. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Order information may be accessible to authorized Plastic Center administrators so they can process orders and contact customers about them. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. WhatsApp

If you tap a WhatsApp contact or product-inquiry button, the app opens WhatsApp using the phone number associated with that conversation. The conversation is handled by WhatsApp, not by Plastic Center. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to information exchanged through WhatsApp.

5. Administrator notifications

Authorized administrators may enable new-order notifications. The app may process a push-notification token and basic order-notification information so an administrator can be alerted when a new order is submitted. Customer order details are shown in the administrator dashboard for order-management purposes.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network connections and access controls, to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage customer relationships, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the information and circumstances of the order.

8. Account and data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting Plastic Center through WhatsApp at +964 771 400 0601. We may need to verify the request. Some information may be retained when necessary for completed orders, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

10. Children's privacy

Plastic Center is intended for adults and business or household purchasers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published at the same privacy-policy address with a revised effective date.
